概要
レポートビルダーの「表示」ステップには、レポートの状態に基づいて2つの異なる機能があります。
- ドラフト（編集中）：レポートがドラフト（編集中）モードの場合、「表示」ステップでは、レポート作成者が表の表示を変更し、必要に応じてマルチグラフのキャンバスを定義できる書式機能が提供されます。
- 有効化：レポートが有効化されている場合、ビルダーの「表示」ステップでは、ロール権限に基づいた適切なユーザー向けオプションに加え、レポートアクション機能を提供しています。またレポートをドラフト（編集中）モードに戻して、さまざまな構成要素を編集することもできるます。レポートアクションには、レポートのエクスポート、共有、ブロードキャストなどがあります。

| 表の非表示化 | レポートで表を非表示にし、グラフのみを表示できます。 注意：このオプションを使用するには、レポートに表が含まれている必要があります。 |

| Details | This menu allows you to view a useful collection of Report, Column, and SQL information. See Report Details for more information. |
| Close Builder | This button closes the builder and returns you to your previous location. |
| Report List Panel | This panel allows you to view a list of reports to open, rather than having to navigate to the Browse Page. |
| Multi-Chart Canvas | This panel is available when multiple charts have been created on the Charts step of the builder. It allows you to configure your Multi-Chart Canvas. See Multi-Chart Canvas for more information. |

| Favourite | This button allows you to add a report to your Favourites list for quick access. |
| Bookmark | This menu allows you to create Bookmarks, Snapshots, and new versions of a report. See Bookmarks & Snapshots for more information. |
