Yellowfinを使用するために最初に覚えなければならないことは、システムのナビゲーション方法です。メインのナビゲーションアイテムは、各ページの上部にあるリボンに表示されます。ここには、システムの状況に応じてさまざまなアイテムが表示されます。メインのナビゲーションメニューからは、ユーザーのロール権限に基づいて、Yellowfinのメインコンポーネントにアクセスできます。

メニュー項目

オプション	説明
Report	Report Initialisationページに移動し、レポートを構築できます。
Dashboard Tab	This link allows you to create a new Dashboard Tab, selecting from Standard, KPI, and Pre-Built.
ストーリーボード	This link allows you to create a new ストーリーボード.
ディスカッション	This link will take you to the ディスカッション area where you can create a new Discussion Group.
View	This link will take you to the Initialise View page, where you can build a view using several different builder types.

Administration

Clicking on the 管理 option provides you with a list of the most commonly used Administration features.

Menu Items

Option	Description
General	This link will take you straight to the main 管理 page, rather than providing a short cut to one of the main admin components.
システム構成	This link will take you to the システム構成 page, allowing you to customise Yellowfin settings, such as authentication, integration (headers, footers, and navigation), page formatting, email server and defaults, system parameters, and regional settings.
Source Systems & Views	This link will take you to the Source Systems & Views page, allowing you to manage the way Yellowfin connects to your databases, and define the meta data layers that sit between them and your reports.
Export	This link will take you to the Export page, allowing you to save an xml fine defining selected pieces of content for use as backups or to transfer to different instances of Yellowfin.
Import	This link will take you to the Import page, allowing you to select and xml file that defines pieces of content you wish to add to the system.

User Timeline

The Timeline area allows the user to view activity that has occured in Yellowfin relevant to them. It also allows the user to define preferences that just apply to their Yellowfin account, customising the way they interact with Yellowfin.

Menu Items

Option	Description
タイムライン	これは、ユーザー固有のイベントタイムラインで、特定ユーザーのYellowfin操作に基づく情報を表示します。イベントには、レポート、ダッシュボードタブ、ストーリーボードなどに関連するコンテンツの操作、ビュー、CSVファイル、イメージなどのコンテンツのロード、コメントやディスカッションの投稿といったコラボレーションイベントがあります。
お気に入り	ユーザーは、自分のお気に入りとして指定したコンテンツの一覧を表示できます。また、新しくお気に入りとして選択できる新しいコンテンツの一覧も含まれています。
購読	レポート、レポートコメント、およびストーリーボードコメントの購読など、ユーザーが購読しているコンテンツの一覧です。
コネクション	接続しているユーザーを表示できるほか、コネクションが推奨されるユーザーの一覧が提示されます。ユーザーに接続すると、自分のタイムラインでそのユーザーのイベントを表示することができます。
ディスカッション	アクセスできるすべてのディスカッショングループの一覧が含まれます。ディスカッショングループを開いて、そのグループ内のすべての操作を閲覧することができます。
タイムラインの設定	システムの表示方法および使用方法に影響する設定を定義することができます。これらの設定は、自分のアカウントのみに適用されます。
