User Options

Profile Picture

The user can upload an image to use for Comments and Inbox notifications

First Name

Update the first name of the user

Last Name

Update the surname of the user

Role

Provides the name of the role assigned to the user

Email Address

Allows the user to update their email address used for Broadcasts and other email notifications

User ID

Allows the user to update their User Name.
Note: this is only available if the Logon ID is set to User Name in Configuration

Time Zone

Sets the user's time zone if different to the main system settings

Preferred Language

Sets the user's preferred language for translation use if different to the system settings.
Note: this is only available when Content Translation is enabled.

Preferred Font

Sets the user's preferred font if the preferred language requires this.
Note: this is only available when Content Translation is enabled.

Password

Allows the user to update their password.
Note: this option is not available when using LDAP Authentication

Number of Draft Reports

Allows the user to define how many draft reports are shown in the My Reports - Draft Reports list

Number of Recently Accessed Reports

Allows the user to define how many draft reports are shown in the My Reports - Recently Accessed Reports list

Date Format

Sets the user's preferred date format if different to the system settings

Dashboard Width

Sets the user's preferred Dashboard Width if different to the system settings

Browse Page Columns

Sets the user's preferred max number of columns displayed on the Browse Page if different to the system settings.
Note: this only applies to the [Thumbnail Layout].

Comment Notification

Sets the user's preferred Comment Notification method
