Overview

Through Yellowfin you can distribute reports to other users inboxes. In this way you can share reports with people that need access to the same data as you have.

1. From here you are able to search through Yellowfin Users and Groups.
2. Select the desired recipients. Once added, your recipients will be listed in the box
   Note: reports will only be distributed to users that have the appropriate level of access for the report.

概要

Yellowfinにより、レポートを他の登録ユーザーに配信することができます。これにより、ユーザーは自分と同じアクセス権を持つユーザーとデータを共有することができます。

1. レポートを配信するには、有効化されたレポートのメニューにある「共有」ボタンをクリックします。「共有」ウインドウが開き、レポートの配信、電子メール送信、または埋め込みを選択できます。

2. 「配信」ボタンをクリックします。

3. これで、必要な配信先を選択できるようになりました。「+配信先ユーザー追加」をクリックします。
   1. ここで、Yellowfinのユーザーまたはグループを検索できます。
   2. 必要な受信者を選択します。受信者を追加すると、ボックスに受信者の一覧が表示されます。
      注意：レポートはそれを閲覧できるアクセスレベルのユーザーにのみ配信することができます。
4. 次に、配信に付加するメッセージを指定するオプションがあります。
   1. レポートURLをユーザーに通知するように選択することもできます。ユーザーはそのURLを使用してレポートに直接アクセスすることができます。

5. 「Ok」ボタンをクリックして、配信を確定します。
