メインの書式メニューでは、すべてのデータ関連の書式オプションにアクセスできます。書式オプションは、レポートがドラフト（編集中）の場合にのみ表示されます。レポートが有効になると、その他の管理機能とともに有効化されたレポート用のメニューが表示されます。
