There are several configuration options available around this type of animation, which allow you to enable or disable it.

Wide Settings
In order to configure Chart Generation Animation for the entire system, you will need to have Administrator access to *Administration* > *Report Styles* > *Charts*.

In order to configure Chart Generation Animation on a per user basis (different from the system settings) you will need to access your *Settings* in *Timeline*.
