Yellowfin's dashboard allows you to display all key reports on a single page, using tabs to organise by subject and type. The tab feature also allows you to search your public repository for enabled reports and add them to a selected tab, or grant access to pre-built public tabs. 

The following image displays the main features of the dashboard:


Yellowfinのダッシュボードでは、タブを使用して主題別や種類別に整理して、すべての主要なレポートを1ページに表示することができます。タブ機能を使用すると、共有リポジトリから利用可能なレポートを探してそれを選択したタブに追加したり、既存の共有タブにアクセスしたりできます。

A1つのタブは、通常は関心のある分野別に関連する一連の既存レポートで構成されます。Yellowfinには4種類のタブがあります：

This is a way of providing multiple views of the same data set and allowing flexible slicing and dicing of data.

Planningダッシュボードを計画することは重要なプロセスです。設計時には、どの表示方法であればデータを最適に伝達できるのかを考えます。ダッシュボードに表示するさまざまなグラフ、表、レポートの数を検討します。わかりやすいものほど良いものです。手書きの設計の例を図に示します。

To the right is a well planned and implemented dashboard, taken from the design above. There are 5 groups of data shown on this tab, but the type has been limited to three; a Line Chart, two Dial Charts and two GIS Charts. The result is a clear and easy to read Dashboard.
右に示すのは、適切に計画され実装されたダッシュボードで、上記の設計を基にしています。このタブには5つのデータグループが表示されていますが、タイプは3つに絞られています。線グラフが1つ、ダイアルグラフが2つ、GISグラフが2つです。わかりやすく、判読しやすいダッシュボードになっています。

h3. Tab Options

Once a tab has been added to your dashboard you can continue to update and edit them to suit your needs.  The tab menu allows you to add, delete or edit tabs.  By clicking on the tab link you will have a drop down menu from which you can choose the following options.

ダッシュボードに追加したタブは、必要に応じて更新と編集を繰り返すことができます。タブメニューからタブの追加、削除、編集が可能です。タブをクリックしてドロップダウンメニューを表示させ、以下に説明するオプションの中から1つを選択します。

h3. Moveタブ位置の移動
Tab Location

The first tab from the left of the page is the tab that will open first when you login.
# To move a tab location in the list, click the tab drop down menu icon.
# Choose the direction you wish to move the tab

h3. Delete Tab from dashboard

If you no longer wish to have a tab on your dashboard then:
# Select the *Delete* option from the tab menu
# Confirm the deletion by clicking OK on the confirmation prompt

ユーザーがログオンすると、ダッシュボード画面が表示され、一番左のタブが開かれます。

h3. ダッシュボードからのタブの削除

不要になったタブをダッシュボードから削除するには：

h3. Exportingダッシュボードからのタブのエクスポート

fromタブのすべてのレポートを1つのドキュメントにエクスポートするには次の手順を実行します：

# Select the format you wish to export to.
