Overview {styleclass: Class=topLink}[top|#top]{styleclass} Once the data and output styles have been defined through the report wizard you can define the formatting options on the output page to create presentation quality reports. h2. Main Menu {styleclass: Class=topLink}[top|#top]{styleclass} The main format menu provides you with access to all the data related formatting options. The formatting options are only visible if the report is in DRAFT mode - once ACTIVE the active menu will be displayed with additional report management features. !01menuParts.png! # The menu is divided into two parts: ## *Subject Tabs ## Format Options The subject tabs :* these are used to format distinct partscomponents of your report. - forFor example:, awhen tabthe exists*Report* foroption the main data tableis selected, asall wellthe asmenus arelate tabto forthe theentire Columnreport, but Section,when Filters, and Related Report formatting. Some of these tabs are only visible if you have the relevant data - for example: the Section tab will only appearthe *Columns* option is selected, all the menus relate to a selected column. The tabs become available when different components in your report are enabled. So if you have sectionsfilters defined inon your report data. The format options related to the selected tab allow, you will have a Filters option, otherwise it's hidden. # *Report Menu:* this menu allows you to changeSave, theCopy, styleDelete, and Reset the layoutFormat of the selected object (Table, Column, Section, etc.) # The Save option lets you activate and publish your report # Export your report report. # *Edit Menu:* this allows you to access each step of the report builder, as well as the chart builder # *Export:* this menu allows you to export your report results to various formats such as PDF Excel,and etcDOC. # The Edit menu lets you access the various steps of the report and chart builder # Format the table style of your report # Format the title and display options such as filters, etc. # Use the Details link to find out more about your report # Use the Close button to close your report*Style Options:* these menus provide options for formatting the body of your report. # *Display Options:* these menus provide options for formatting the components outside of the main table/chart. # *Report Options:* these menus provide options for security and historical data sets, as well as report information. # *Close:* click this button to close the current report.
