A critical role of the Yellowfin Administrators is to manage access to Yellowfin by authorised users.  Each user should have a unique logon.  As such each user will need to be setup in the system and assigned role permissions.  The role will define what reporting functions they have access to.  As an example not all users should have access to the administration functions.  
 
管理者の最も重要な仕事は、ユーザーによるYellowfinへのアクセスを管理することです。ユーザーは自身のユニークなアカウントでシステムにログオンしなければなりません。そのためには、システムで各々のユーザーを設定し、ロール権限を与える必要があります。ロールとは、ユーザーがどのようなレポート機能にアクセスできるかを定めたものです。たとえばすべてのユーザーが、管理機能にアクセスできる必要はありません。

AccessYellowfinへのアクセスは、システムに作成されたユーザーアカウントに基づいています。管理者は管理ページで、ユーザーアカウントの作成、編集、削除を行えます。

Using Yellowfin you can create Groups of users.  These groups are used for security access to dashboards and data.
