A scatter plot (points not joined) chart that allows the charting of 2 related attribute series.  Can only be used if the data series are related.  Useful for finding outliers in data that is not linear.

In order to set up a BubbleScatter Chart you will need:
# Create a report with chart display
## Select a field to use as the *X Axis*
## Select a field to use as the *Y Axis*
## Select a field to use as the *Colour* (optional field)
# Create your chart, selecting *Analytical* as the type, and *BubbleScatter* as the chart
# Provide the *X Axis*, *Y Axis*, and *Colour* options and *Refresh*
# Customise the Chart as required
# *Close* the Chart Builder
# *Save* your report

*1.* Click on the *Create* link and select *Report* to begin building your report.

*2.* You should now be on the Initialise Report page. Select the *Drag and Drop Builder* as the build tool.

*5.* On the *Step 1. Report Data* page set the Output Options to *Chart Only* by selecting it in the *Report Options* section on the right. This will ensure that the information appears as a chart.

*6.* On the Report Data page, drag and drop the !rpt_dim.png! *Month* and !rpt_dim.png! *Demographic* dimensions, and the !rpt_metric.png! *Athlete Counter* metric into the Column Fields area.

*7.* Click on !step_right_on.png! at the top of the page to move to the next step.

*8.* You should now see the Pie Chart image (pictured here). Click on the image to go to the Chart Format page where you can setup your chart.

*9.* Click on the *Chart* Menu, select *Analytical* as the Chart Type and click on the picture of the *Scatter* Chart to select it. 

*10.* Click *Save*, this will load the options for a Scatter Chart.

*11.* In the *Chart Data* section you will need to select the data for each setting in the chart.

*12.* Set the X Axis to *Month*, the Y Axis to *Sum Athlete Counter*, and the Colour to *Demographic*.

*13.* Click the *Refresh* link to generate your chart.

*14.* You should now have a chart that looks like the one pictured. 

*15.* You now need to *Save* and *Activate* your chart. Click on the *Close* button to go back to the Report Preview page.

*16.* Click on the *Save* Menu and use *Scatter Chart Tutorial* as the Name.

*17.* Type *This Scatter Chart was created using the Charts Tutorial* as the Description.

*18.* Enter *Tutorial* as the Category and *Charts* as the Sub Category.

*19.* Click *Activate*.
